to holistic wellness and transformation
I'm Catherine
I have been a licensed massage therapist for the last 18 years trained at the Swedish Insititude of Health Science and graduated with honors with a BS in Health Sciences.
Having worked at the top spas on 5th Ave in NYC, chiropractors' and physical therapists' offices, as well as at Sloane Kettering, I've had the privilege of assisting a diverse range of patients with chronic and acute injuries. I've continued my studies and am now certified in craniosacral therapy, Reiki (level 4 master), an 8-month medical massage training, reflexology, manual lymphatic drainage, as well as Swedish and Shiatsu massage. A graduate of the Oraculos School of Astrology, a three-year intensive program focusing on neoclassical traditional astrology, I've explored various branches including natal, predictive, electional, medical, mundane, cosmobiology, uranian, and horary. Additionally, I completed a 1.5-year Qabbalistic Tarot training at OSA and a Magical Elections course with Nina Gryphon at the STA. I've furthered my studies with Kelly Surtees, Austin Coppock, Jen Zhart, and Meira Epstein.

Over the last decade, within my private practice, I've been dedicated to developing and honing my energetic and intuitive capabilities, creating a unique form of energy work known as Psychic Visualization. This technique involves using focused intentional visualizations to unwind and release muscular tension, addressing the inherent emotional tension at its root, and manipulating the chiral centers, muscles, and bones of the body through intuitive visualizations based on the chakral energetic system. With a firm understanding of the physiological body, I work with intuitive images to create a transformative experience for my clients.
In my journey, I discovered my calling in therapy, leading me to launch my private practice ten years ago. Since then, I've accumulated a wealth of knowledge in various modalities, including Western and Eastern massage, clinical medical massage, and energy work. My creative sensibilities thrive on weaving these modalities into personalized sessions for my clients.

True locals to Rockaway Beach and Belle Harbor turn to friend and integrative massage therapist Catherine Yeager McQuaid because, quite simply, “she’s magic.” A skilled professional with sea-blue eyes, choppy bangs, and a dog named Hercules, Yeager McQuaid, who moved her in-salon treatments to her home two blocks from the beach, treats with both an Eastern and Western eye toward the craft. Need a few extra minutes devoted to your aching feet? Your first chakra, the root, may need some grounding work, she says. Nothing some healing time with Yeager McQuaid can’t fix.
